I recently bought the Pro Carbon Disc SRAM Rival 22 HRD and I am delighted with my purchase and the service I have received from Planet X. This isn’t my first purchase from them as I have previously bought accessories and clothing which have also been great. However it is my first BIG purchase and I’m very pleased with what I chose. The bike alone is a dream. For its spec I doubt it can be beaten on price. I’m looking forward to the many hours I’ll spend rolling around the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park on it. But I have to mention the quick, efficient and quality service that Planet X provided. The online purchase was simple and their communication was first class during the bike build and since. If you are looking for a first buy or an upgrade from a trustworthy and independent supplier I highly recommend going with these guys. They’ve definitely got my custom in future ??

I took my bike in to be adjusted because the gears were slipping between 5&7. Fabulous service, very courteous and fixed it while I waited. My bike is heavy but this was no problem for the man who kindly lifted it in and out of the car for me.
